work is gettting more sick to me, each day.

HELLO! HELLO! HELLO!
These 3 "hello's" are for my *** patients. They looked so not sick lahhh.. if they are..; they won't be nagging & scolding.. These really piss me off. Can't they just play their roles, "as patients"???

the auntie again.. Remember i blogged about her like just few days ago. She came.. Nagging again. We told her to have her sit first as her "Q no." is still quite away. She kept pestering us..
"wht is the next no.?" The point was we answered her like 5 mintues ago + the Q no. had not jump. Then suddenly.. she said she want to rush into Dr.'s room & talked to her.
Like wth lah.. Auntie, you need to Q right? I totally ignored her.

This one is even funny. -.- Today, we are suppose to close the clinic at 1pm, & reopens at 4pm.
Dr. is kind enough that she said that she will see all patients before she went off. We are told that we will not answered phonecalls after 1pm. if not, how are we going to handle the patients if they said they wana see doctor??? like "thheeee"! & when we told them that they have to wait for 3 hours, to see the doctor... they were stilll willing to waittt..
This lady patient complained that she called her alot of times & we din answered the phone. We claimed that we won't answered phonecalls after 1pm.. GUESS WHT SHE SAID???
"even the dr. is working; aren't your working?" o.O
To be truth, the dr. is famous but the dr. still need to sleep & dine right? She is dr. not "SHEN" horr.. If you wan to seee her, COME EARLY LAHH!
if we continue to answer the phonecalls, i m sure none of us can go home k.
If you so clever, come & work lahhh.
i ended my work at 4.30pm, when i suppose to left work at 1pm.
